As if faking an Amish reality show wasn't enough, TLC has reportedly given Honey Boo Boo & Co. an "huge raise" of something to the tune of $20,000 an episode, after realizing just how popular the show is, according to TMZ.
To be fair, it does take a lot of Mountain Dew and spray tanner/meth to keep this hard-working backwoods brood in business, so they will probably put the increased salary to good use.
TLC Executive: So, we were thinking of increasing your salary...
Honey Boo Boo: You better redneck-ognize!
TLC Executive: Oh, so droll! That's exactly why we're paying you more, precious!
Honey Boo Boo: Mama says if we's get cancelled, we's get deep-fried, like my other brothers and sisters.
TLC Executive: Oh Honey Boo Boo!
Honey Boo Boo: I ain't kiddin' y'all. She be eatin' people.
