T.I. Saved Creed Singer's Life. File This Under. . . Really?
Creed frontman Scott Stapp said that a few years ago, he checked into the Delano Hotel in Miami to binge in a "prison of drugs and alcohol." Sounds like a plan. Well I guess, Mr. Toughie got scared when he heard voices-- probably those of teenage girls or Real Housewives or maybe the voices in his head because they sound like that too-- and feared it could be law enforcement. So he decided to get all Die Hard and jumped 40 feet from his balcony, and surprise, surprise injured himself. Well just guess, who happened to be walking by. Come on guess. No, not Elton John. It was T.I. The Creed Singer looked up at T.I. and said to him, very melodramatically I would imagine, uh hum (Let me just clear my throat) "Roll Tide." Apparently this is not the first time the two met. Although I would imagine a lot of Scott Stapp's first meetings involve him injured on the ground. The first time they met they bonded over their love for Alabama Football. How Sweet.
