So, it's pretty bad when neither parent is able to care for their children and the best possible option is the father's ex-wife. Thus is the case with Charlie Sheen's and ex-wife Brooke Mueller's twins Max and Bob. The 4-year-olds were removed from Brooke's house on Thursday by the L.A. County Dept of Children and Family Services due to an unsafe living environment. We can only assume it's because of her alleged drug use or rampant jewelry making as she likes to call it. The twins will presumably go into the care of Sheen's ex Denise Richards, who is Mueller's first choice. Ay yi yi, Hollyweird.
