Fueling rumors that she's expecting another baby, Beyoncé canceled her Tuesday night concert in Belgium, blaming those old celebrity standbys DEHYDRATION and EXHAUSTION. Geez, you'd think these people would get enough fluids and sleep. We're professionals people, are we not? Anywho, Bey wrote a letter of apology to her fans in Antwerp, where the concert was to be held, promising she's make it up to them. Yeah, yeah, we heard it all before. Don't you ever for one second go on thinking you're irreplaceable.
