So, to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary, April 4th, Jay-Z and Beyonce hit up Havana, Cuba. While it is not technically illegal for U.S. citizens to vacay in the Communist controlled country, it is frowned upon, and illegal to spend money there, unless you have a special dispensation, like you are a journalist, student, or Foxy Cleopatra! Shazaam!
