Legendary Jazz Composer, Pianist and leader of the Dave Brubeck Quartet, Dave Brubeck passed away due to heart failure at his home in Connecticut. Brubeck was 91 years old. Brubeck is most famous for performing the piece, "Take 5" written by collaborator Paul Desmond. Even if you don't know the title, you have most likely heard the music. Brubeck also faught in WWII as a membe of the United States Army in Europe. He is survived by his wife Iola, 4 sons, 1 daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
